When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged at the time that your order is packed for final delivery. You may see a slightly lower or higher final purchase total if adjustments may be necessary for any products priced by the pound.

Where does Captain Marden’s Ship? 

We deliver all across the United States, Alaska and Hawaii included. 

Is there a Shipping order minimum? 

Yes, there is a $99 order minimum to ensure we have enough product in the box to make the shipping charge worthwhile. If you would like to ship under the order minimum please give us a call at 781-235-0860. 

What if I’m not home for my delivery? 

No worries! Whether it is being delivered by our truck or UPS we pack all items to travel in an insulated bag or box with ice. 

How is the shipping rate determined? 

Shipping rates will be determined by UPS after all order information is entered into their system. Box dimension, weight, and order destination are used to determine the final rate. The final rate from UPS is what we will use to charge you for shipping. 

What time can I expect a local home delivery? 

If you live around Wellesley and selected “Home Delivery” we will get your order delivered before noon on the day you scheduled your delivery. 

Can I pick up my order after my set pick up time? 

Yes of course, we are open in Wellesley until 6pm Monday-Friday, 5:30pm Saturday, and 6pm Sunday. 

Is your seafood shipped fresh or frozen? 

Unless specified on the website all of our fresh fish is shipped fresh in cryovaced bags. We use plenty of icepacks in our shipping boxes to ensure freshness upon arrival.
